What a wedding! Manjit and Adrain’s Bell Hall Wedding was amazing! When ever we shoot a wedding that doesn’t follow the traditional timeline we get excited. It means the day will be a little more fun and relaxed, it’s also a really strange feeling when dancing comes before speeches. We had morning prep full of family and friends, some afternoon tea with all the guests whilst the grooms got ready, an outdoor ceremony followed by games, dancing, some more dancing, then speeches and food, finishing off with more dancing.
Manjit and Adrian are perfect together, relaxed and smiling constantly from the start of the day until the end. We’d say they were both a little nervous in the morning, trying to relax by hitting the gym and taking a short walk to get some air. Once everything began we’re pretty sure the nerves vanished and fun began.
After some goodbye drinks in the hotel reception Manjit and Adrian got ready whilst guests headed to Bell Hall for afternoon tea, getting ready for the outdoor ceremony. Afterwards more fun was had with lawn games and some super tasty canapes. We squeezed in some beautiful portraits before heading back towards the tipi tents to find everyone dancing. It was only around 6:30pm and the dance floor was packed, Adrian’s brother had to ask everyone to stop dancing so speeches could begin and food be eaten. That’s definitely a first.
The speeches were fantastic, laughing and tears all round before hitting the dance floor hard. Helped along by Punjabi Roots Academy. A brilliant way to get everyone back on the dance floor. We left Manjit and Adrian surrounded by family and friends, every single one of the smiling. Check out our favourites below and congratulations Manjit and Adrian!
